Holiday Rate

• Daily: $60
• Memorial - May 25 - 27 (Three Night Minimum Stay)
• July 4th - June 29, 30 & July 1 - 7 (Four Night Minimum Stay)
• Labor Day - August 31 & September 1, 2 (Three Night Minimum Stay)
• Holiday rate only applies to stays of 6 nights or less.
• Normal weekly/monthly rates apply to stays of 7+ nights

Seasonal (April 27 to October 20)

• $3,500 (Includes Water, Sewer, Electric, Cable, WiFi and Trash Pick Up)

Group Rates

• $10 off per night (15 - 39 sites)
• $15 off per night (40+ sites)
• Not available on holiday weekends or weekends in July & August
• You must meet the minimum site requirement for EACH night of your stay to qualify for the group discount. All nights that the minimum is not met, you will pay the regular rate. If your whole group is staying 2 nights and you are staying 4 nights, you will receive the group rate for 2 nights ONLY. This requirement may be waived in off peak seasons.

Arrival & Departure Information

• Check in time is 3:00 pm. Arrivals before 3:00 pm are subject to a $3.00 per hour fee. Please call prior to arrival to verify site availability.
• Check in after 11:00 pm not permitted as a courtesy to other guests.
• Check out time is 2:00 pm.  Departures after 2:00 pm are subject to a $3.00 per hour fee.  You must verify site availability with the office before noon. 
  
• If your dog(s) will be staying with us, proof of rabies vaccination or a valid dog license for each dog is required at check in.

Reservation Requirements

• While we make every attempt to honor specific site requests, your site assignment is not guaranteed.
• We strongly recommend reservations.  We are unable to predict occupancy levels.   
  
• Stays of 3 nights or less must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
• Stays of 4 nights or more require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation.
• Additional charge for over six people is $5.00 per person per night.

Cancellation Information

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of stay qualify for refund minus $25 processing/handling fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
• No shows are not eligible for refund.
• No refund for early departures.

Visitor Information

• All visitors must check in at the office and obtain a car pass. 
  
• Daily visitors are $3.00 per person per day (Fee waived for 55+).
• Overnight visitors are $5.00 per person per night.
