General Rules

1. NOTE: Property and Buildings monitored by Video Surveillance.
2. Check in time is 3:00 pm.  Check out time is 2:00 pm.  If you require an early check in or a late check out, please inquire at the registration office.
3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am.
4. Children under 16 must be back at their own site by 10:00 pm.
5. Due to Michigan Public Act 188 of 2009, smoking is not permitted in any public area.  This includes all buildings, the playground/sandbox, all athletic areas, pool area and at all community events. 
6. For the safety of everyone in the community, please keep your speed to 8 mph or less throughout the park.
7. Please be considerate and do not walk through sites. 
8. Please remember that we are striving to maintain a family friendly atmosphere.  Offensive music, vulgar language, and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.
9. Parents/caregivers are responsible for the appropriate behavior of their children.  Please be aware of where your children are and what they are doing at all times.  Children MUST be supervised in the restroom.  Parent or guardian will be held financially liable for damages caused by their children.
10. Please do not ride your bike, rollerblades, scooters or skateboards after dusk.  Do not park or ride them on the grass, the basketball court, the playground or through the landscaping.
11. Vehicles and trailers that do not fit completely on your concrete pad must be parked in the community parking lot.  Do not park on the patio, on the grass, on another site or in the road.
12. Operators of any motor vehicles, including golf carts and scooters, must have a valid driver’s license.  Golf carts and scooters are to be driven ONLY on the roadway.  Please do not drive your golf cart or scooter after dusk unless equipped with head and tail lights.
13. Due to irrigation, all screen houses and play tents must be moved off the grass overnight.
14. All RV’s must be in good condition.  Please do not wash or service your RV or vehicle.
15. Clotheslines may be used to dry swimsuits and beach towels.  If tied to a tree, the tree must be on your site.  Dryers are available at the clubhouse to dry other laundry. 
16. Due to underground utilities, please take care when putting stakes into the ground.
17. Please keep your campsite neat and clean.  Bagged trash will be picked up at your site between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.  Leave your trash to be picked up at your site marker post.  Please do not put garbage in your fire pit.
18. You must use a rubber donut or watertight collar on all sewer connections.  They are available for purchase at the office if you do not have one.
19. Due to emerald ash borer, do not bring firewood into the resort.  Firewood is available for purchase at the office and will be delivered to your site free of charge.  Please do not stack firewood on the grass and do not cut down trees.  Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits.  Campfires must be attended at all times.
20. All types of fireworks including “legal” fireworks are PROHIBITED.      
21. The management reserves the right to evict anyone for not following the community rules and/or engaging in dangerous or inappropriate behavior.
22. There is a $20 charge for gate cards that are lost or damaged.
23. Emergency phones are located on the pool deck and outside the registration office.
24. Maximum of 8 people allowed per site.
25. Only one RV is allowed per campsite.  Tents for sleeping purposes are not allowed.

Pets

1. Pets must be tied up at all times and contained on your site.  Off leash play is not permitted at any time.  There is a privately owned dog park next door if you desire to have off leash time.   
2. Pets must be on a leash when being walked around the resort.
3. Excessive barking, growling, and any aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.  If your pet is not under control, you may be asked to leave the resort.
4. Pets are not allowed in buildings or the pool area.
5. Please do not tie your pets to resort property. 
6. Please clean up after your pet and properly dispose of all pet waste.
7. Proof of rabies vaccination or a valid dog license must be presented for each dog at check in.

Pool Rules

1. There is no lifeguard on duty.  While resort personnel may be present in the pool area, they DO NOT HAVE LIFEGUARD TRAINING. 
2. Parents must be present within the pool enclosure while supervising their children. 
3. Children under 16 may not swim without an adult present.
4. Diving is not permitted in any part of the pool. 
5. Running on the pool deck will not be tolerated. 
6. Please do not stand on or jump from the wall between the pool and hot tub.   
7. Please be courteous to all people using the pool.  Splashing, jumping, ball throwing and pool games will not be permitted during busier times. 
8. Proper swim attire is required and must be appropriate for our family oriented environment. 
9. Children must wear swim diapers if they are not toilet trained.  Swim diapers are available for purchase in the office.
10. Showering is required before entering the pool.
11. Alcoholic beverages and glass containers should not be brought into the pool area.

Visitor Policy

1. All visitors must register at the office before entering the park.
2. Day visitors are required to pay a fee of $3.00 per person per day (Guests 55+ and newborn babies are free). 
3. All day visitors must leave by 10:00 pm.
4. Overnight visitors are required to pay a fee of $10.00 per person per night.  All persons not registered to the site at check in will be considered visitors and subject to this extra fee.
5. Visitors must obtain a car pass and park in the visitor’s lot.  Pass must be clearly visible in the front window or you risk being towed at your expense.
6. Registered campers are responsible for their visitors.  Please make them aware of the community rules.
