General Rules

1. NOTE: Property and Buildings monitored by Video Surveillance.
2. Check in time is 3:00 pm.  Check out time is 2:00 pm.  If you require an early check in or a late check out, please inquire at the registration office.
3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am.
4. Please be considerate and do not walk through sites.  Please use the sidewalks or the side of the roadway.
5. Please remember that we are striving to maintain a family friendly atmosphere.  Offensive music, vulgar language, and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Parents/caregivers are responsible for the appropriate behavior of their children.  Please be aware of where your children are and what they are doing at all times.
7. Smoking is not permitted in any buildings, near the playground, athletic areas, pool area or at community events.  Please dispose of all cigarettes in the proper receptacles.
8. For the safety of everyone in the community, please keep your speed to 8 mph or less throughout the park.
9. Please do not ride your bicycle after dark and do not park them on the grass.
10. Vehicles must be parked completely on your site or in the community parking lot.  Please DO NOT park on the patio, on the grass, on another site or in the road.  This includes golf carts and trailers.
11. Operators of any motor vehicles, including golf carts, must have a valid driver’s license.  Golf carts should be driven only on the roadway, not over any grassy areas or sidewalks.  Please do not drive your golf cart after dark unless equipped with head and tail lights.
12. Due to irrigation, all screen houses and play tents should be moved off the grass overnight.
13. All RV’s should be in good condition. 
14. Please do not wash or service your RV or vehicles at the resort.
15. Clotheslines may be used to dry swimsuits and beach towels. 
16. Due to underground utilities, please take care when putting stakes into the ground.
17. Please keep your campsite neat and clean.  Bagged trash will be picked up at your site between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.  Leave your trash to be picked up at your site marker post.  Please do not put your trash out later as it may be missed. There are many overnight critters that will make a mess of it.
18. Please use a rubber donut or watertight collar on all sewer connections.  They can be purchased at the office if necessary.
19. Due to emerald ash borer, please do not bring firewood into the resort.  Firewood is available for purchase at the office and will be delivered to your site free of charge.  Please do not cut down trees.  Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits.
20. Fireworks and Firearms should NOT be brought into the community.
21. The management reserves the right to evict anyone for not following the community rules and/or engaging in dangerous or inappropriate behavior.
22. There is a $20 charge for gates cards that are lost or damaged.
23. Emergency phones are located on the pool deck and outside the office.
24. Maximum of 8 people allowed per site.
25. Only one RV is allowed per campsite.  Tents for sleeping purposes are not allowed. 

Pets

1. Pets should be tied up and contained on your site.  Please do not allow your pets to visit other sites. 
2. Pets should be on a six foot leash or shorter when being walked around the resort.
3. Excessive barking, growling, and any aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.  If your pet is not under control, you may be asked to leave the resort.
4. Pets are not allowed in buildings or the pool area.
5. Please do not tie your pets to resort property. 
6. Please clean up and properly dispose of all pet waste.
7. Proof of rabies vaccination or a valid dog license must be presented for each dog upon check in.
8. If you are leaving your pet in your RV, please provide the office a cell phone number so we may contact you if necessary. 

Pool Rules

1. Please use caution while in the pool area.  There is no lifeguard on duty.  While resort personnel may be present in the pool area, they DO NOT HAVE LIFEGUARD TRAINING.  Please supervise your children in the pool area.  Children under 16 may not swim without an adult present.
2. Diving is not permitted.  Also, running on the pool deck will not be tolerated.  We do have surveillance cameras, so please act appropriately.
3. Please be courteous to all people using the pool.  The use of swim toys may be limited during busier times. 
4. Proper swim attire is required and must be appropriate for our family oriented environment.    Children must wear swim diapers if they are not toilet trained.  Swim diapers are available for purchase in the office.
5. Showering is required before entering the pool.
6. Alchoholic beverages and glass containers should not be brought into the pool area.

Guest Policy

• All guests must register at the office before entering the park.
• Day guests are required to pay a fee of $3.00 per person per day (Guests 55+ are free).  All day guests must leave by 10:00 pm.
• Overnight guests are required to pay a fee of $10.00 per person per night.  All persons not registered to the site at check in will be considered guests and subject to this extra fee.
• Guests must obtain a car pass and park in the visitors lot.  Pass must be clearly visible in the front window.
• Registered guests are responsible for their visitors.  Please make them aware of the community rules.
